T J S George is Internationally reputed journalist and author; Started journalism with Free Press Journal under Journalism Guru Sadanand; Worked as editor with search light in patna; Associated with international Institute of Journalism, Zurich; Founder Editor of Asia Week; Presently working as Editorial Advisor to Indian Express. Authored many books on journalism and biographies, including : 'Music in living' on Mrs. M. S. Subbulakshmi.Dakshinaa presented the genius journalist TJS George, the man who gave a distinct direction to value based journalism in this country in the highest standard, in Chennai to express himself with his classic touch on contemporary Indian politic, on Sunday, 23rd April 2006 at Asan Memorial Association Hall Shri. K. Ramakrishnan, (Consultant Editor, Chandamama Group of Publications) was the moderator.

M.V.Devan

M V Devan is a well-known Neo-Classical Writer and artist. Dakshinaa shared its platform with Shri.M V Devan on 30th July 2006 at Harrington Hotel, Chennai.

Shri. Devan’s book ‘Swathanthryam Kondu Naam Enthu Nedi?’ was also released on the occasion.

Dr. B.Ekbal

Dakshinaa provided yet another opportunity for the people of Chennai to exchange ideas and opinions on the subject “Kerala Model Development at the Cross Roads” on 14th October 2007 at Asan Memorial School, Chennai.

The Principal speaker was Dr. B Ekbal known as Intellect, Cultural activist, Marxist Ideologist and Former Vice Chancellor, University of Kerala. Dr. Krishna Ananth, Faculty, Asian College of Journalism, Chennai was also given his expert views on the occasion.
